Add or remove stamps by hand

Use this when a customer moves over from a paper card, a tap didn't go through, or you want to say sorry.

   Open the customer

   Find them under Customers.

   Choose Adjust stamps

   Pick the card, then add or remove up to 20 stamps.

   Pick a reason

   Moved from paper card, Staff error, Goodwill, or write your own. The reason is saved with the change.

   Save

   Their card updates straight away. If the new total fills the card, the reward is ready.
