Team members, passwords, locations and NFCs.
- Invite your teamGive managers and staff their own login, so nobody shares passwords. Only owners can invite people.
- Reset your passwordIf you've forgotten your password, you can choose a new one from the login page.
- Add a second locationEach location gets its own stats and Counter QR. Your customers' cards work across all of them.
- Replace a lost or broken NFCIf an NFC goes missing or stops working, turn it off and we'll post a new one.
- Change your cafe's name, logo or web addressYour cafe's details live in two places: the name and web address in Settings, the logo and colors with your cards.
- Change the stamp cooldownThe cooldown is how long a customer has to wait between stamps, whether they tap, scan Counter QR or staff scan their card. It stops one purchase earning several stamps.
