Getting started
Create your card, set the reward and go live.
- How Tenth Cup worksTenth Cup replaces paper stamp cards with a card your customers keep on their phone. There's no app to download, and your staff only step in when a phone can't tap.
- Set up your cafe, step by stepSetting up takes about ten minutes. You can leave at any point and pick up where you stopped the next time you log in.
- Pair your NFCsPairing tells Tenth Cup which location an NFC belongs to, so every tap counts in the right place. It takes a few seconds per NFC.
- Use Counter QR at your tillCounter QR shows a QR code on a tablet or spare phone by your till. Customers scan it with their camera and get a stamp, just as they would by tapping an NFC.
- Scan a customer's cardEvery customer's card has a QR code, on the wallet card and on their card page. Staff can scan it with Tenth Cup to add a stamp or redeem a reward, for phones that can't tap.
- How tap to stamp works at the counterCustomers collect stamps by holding their phone near the NFC as they pay. Your staff don't need to press anything.
- Introduce the card to your customersMost customers join the first time someone mentions the card at the till. A few habits help it catch on in the first weeks.
