Scan a customer's card

Every customer's card has a QR code, on the wallet card and on their card page. Staff can scan it with Tenth Cup to add a stamp or redeem a reward, for phones that can't tap.

  1. Open Scan a card

    In Tenth Cup on your phone or tablet, open Scan a card and allow the camera. With more than one location, check Stamping at shows the one you're in.

  2. Scan the QR on their card

    The customer opens their wallet card or card page and shows you the code. If you run one card, the stamp goes on straight away. With several, choose Add stamp on the card they're buying for.

  3. Add more coffees

    Buying for friends too? Use +1, +2 or +3 to add stamps for the extra coffees on the same visit.

  4. Redeem a reward

    If a reward is ready, it shows at the top. Choose Redeem, then hand it over.

Same rules as a tapThe cooldown, the daily limit, double-stamp hours and bonus stamps all apply. Each stamp is recorded with the team member who scanned it.
