Customers, stamps and what the numbers mean.
- What the Overview showsOverview is the first page you see after logging in. It shows how the card is doing today and over the period you choose.
- Find a customerCustomers lists everyone with a card, with their last visit and progress.
- Add or remove stamps by handUse this when a customer moves over from a paper card, a tap didn't go through, or you want to say sorry.
- Reset a customer's cardsResetting puts all of a customer's cards back to zero stamps and removes rewards they haven't used. Only owners can reset cards.
