How tap to stamp works at the counter
UpdatedCustomers collect stamps by holding their phone near the NFC as they pay. Your staff don't need to press anything.
First visit: the card is created
The first tap opens your join page. The customer enters their first name and email, agrees to the terms, and can add their birthday. Their card starts with one stamp.
Every visit after that: a stamp
The phone remembers the card, so the next tap adds a stamp straight away and shows the updated card. If you run more than one card, the customer picks which one to stamp.
Limits stop repeat taps
Each phone can collect one stamp per cooldown, 30 minutes by default, and at most 3 stamps a day. A second tap in that window shows "Already stamped" instead.
A full card becomes a reward
When the last stamp lands, the reward is ready. Next time the customer taps, they redeem it, and then they start collecting again.
