Change the stamp cooldown

The cooldown is how long a customer has to wait between stamps, whether they tap, scan Counter QR or staff scan their card. It stops one purchase earning several stamps.

   Open General settings

   Go to Settings › General and find Stamp cooldown.

   Choose a time

   15 minutes, 30 minutes (the default), 1, 2 or 4 hours. It saves as soon as you change it.
