How Tenth Cup works
UpdatedTenth Cup replaces paper stamp cards with a card your customers keep on their phone. There's no app to download, and your staff only step in when a phone can't tap.
A stand or QR code by your till
Customers get stamps from Counter QR, a free QR code on a tablet or spare phone by the till, or by tapping an NFC stand where they pay. Stands are €20 each, and the yearly plan includes one per location. If a phone can't do either, staff can scan the customer's card instead.
The first tap creates a card
A new customer holds their phone near the NFC. A page opens with your logo and colors, they enter their first name and email, and their card is ready with the first stamp already on it. They can save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Every visit adds a stamp
Next time, they tap again as they pay and the stamp lands on their card. A cooldown stops the same phone collecting extra stamps by tapping twice.
Rewards are swiped in front of staff
When the card is full, the customer taps, chooses their reward and swipes on their screen. Your staff see a live confirmation screen and hand over the reward. Staff can also scan the customer's card and redeem it for them.
You see it all in the dashboard
Your dashboard shows today's stamps, new members and regulars who've stopped coming. From there you can change the card, add stamps by hand and send offers.
