Set up your cafe, step by step

Setting up takes about ten minutes. You can leave at any point and pick up where you stopped the next time you log in.

   Create your account

   Enter your cafe's name, your name, your email and a password of at least 10 characters. We email you a code to confirm the address.

   Add your first location

   Give it the name customers will see and start typing the street address. The timezone comes from your browser; change it if you're setting up from somewhere else.

   Design your card

   Choose how many stamps earn a reward (5, 6, 8, 10 or 12), what the reward is, your logo and your colors. The preview shows the card exactly as it will look in Wallet.

   Choose a plan and add a card

   Pick monthly (€39.99 per location) or yearly (€399.99 per location, with an NFC stand for each location included), and add any extra stands at €20 each. Billing starts when you add a card, and your card goes live straight away.

   Tell us where to send your stands

   If you ordered stands, choose where we post them. Until they arrive, or if you skipped them, customers scan Counter QR at the till.

6. 6

   Pair the stands when they arrive

   Put them by the till and tap each one with your phone to name it. Pairing your NFCs explains how.
