Invite your team
UpdatedGive managers and staff their own login, so nobody shares passwords. Only owners can invite people.
Open Team
Go to Settings › Team.
Invite someone
Enter their name and email and choose a role. Staff can scan cards and see the Overview and Customers, but can't change stamps by hand, export or send messages. Managers can do everything except billing and team. Owners can do everything.
They accept the invite
They get an email to set their password. The invite lasts 7 days; you can resend it from the same page.
Someone leaving?Remove them from Team and their login stops working. You can change anyone's role there too, but not remove yourself.
