What we store about your customers

We keep only what a stamp card needs. You can see everything we hold about a customer on their page under Customers.

1. What customers give us

   First name and email, a last name if they add one, their birthday (day and month, no year) if they choose to add it, and their visits and rewards.

2. What the card records

   When and at which of your locations they collected a stamp or redeemed a reward, and which team member added it when staff scanned their card. Each card also has a code, shown as a QR, that only your team can scan.

3. What we don't collect

   Phone numbers, payment details or a customer's location. A stamp is linked to a location because they tapped its NFC, scanned its Counter QR, or staff there scanned their card.

4. Who's responsible

   You're in charge of your customers' data and we look after it for you. The privacy policy has the details.
