Send a campaign

Updated

Campaigns send a wallet notification to some or all of your card holders. It lands on their lock screen.

  1. Start a new campaign

    Go to Campaigns and choose New campaign.

  2. Pick the audience

    Filter by last visit (30, 60 or 90 days), regulars, lapsed customers (30 or 60 days), location or birthday this month. The count updates as you choose.

  3. Write the message and preview it

    Up to 120 characters, free to send. The preview shows how it looks on a lock screen. Send test sends it to your own card first.

  4. Send now or schedule

    Sending now goes out straight away and can't be undone. To send later, pick a date and time under Send.
