If a payment fails

If a payment doesn't go through, your card keeps working for 7 days while you sort it out.

1. The first 7 days

   Your dashboard shows how many days are left. Update your card from Settings › Billing.

2. After 7 days

   Your card is paused. Customers who tap see "This card is paused" and can't collect stamps or rewards. Every stamp they already have is kept.

3. Unpausing

   As soon as the payment goes through, the card works again.
