Customers see "This card is paused"

Your card is paused when a payment has been missing for more than 7 days. Customers keep every stamp they have.

   Check billing

   Go to Settings › Billing. Only owners can see it.

   Update your payment method

   Choose Manage billing and update your card. As soon as the payment goes through, stamps work again.
