How billing works

Tenth Cup costs €39.99 per location per month, or €399.99 per location per year, plus VAT where it applies. Both plans include everything.

1. When you're charged

   Billing starts when you add your payment method during setup, and renews monthly or yearly, in advance. There's no free trial.

2. Adding or removing a location

   Your next invoice changes to match, and the current month or year is adjusted for the time left.

3. What's included

   Unlimited customers, stamps, wallet notifications and campaigns, and Counter QR for every location. The yearly plan also includes one NFC stand per location.

4. NFC stands

   Stands are €20 each, charged once. Add them when you sign up, or later from Locations & NFCs › Order stands, which charges your card on file unless you choose a different card.
