Send a birthday offer
UpdatedA birthday reward is added to a customer's card automatically on the morning of their birthday. You set it up once.
Open the birthday reward
Go to Cards & rewards and find Birthday reward.
Choose the treat and how long it lasts
Describe the reward in up to 40 characters, such as "Free drink + pastry", and choose how many days it's valid, from 1 to 31.
Write the message
Up to 160 characters, for example "Happy birthday, {first name}! Your next drink and a pastry are on us this week."
Turn it on and save
At 8:00 in your cafe's timezone on each customer's birthday, the treat is added to their card with your message. They redeem it like any other reward.
Who gets it?Only customers who added their birthday when they joined. Customers born on 29 February get theirs on 28 February in other years.
