How the wallet card updates
UpdatedThe wallet card is live. When something changes, the card on the customer's phone changes with it, with no app and no refresh needed.
After every stamp
The stamp count and progress update within a few seconds of the tap.
When you change the card
A new logo, colors or reward name updates every customer's card. Under Cards & rewards you'll see how many cards are updating.
Lock-screen messages
Some updates appear on the lock screen, such as "One more stamp and your next drink is free", a reward that's about to expire, a birthday treat or a campaign you send.
If a customer turns updates off
Customers can switch off automatic updates for a card in their wallet settings. The card then stays as it was until they turn them back on.
