When rewards expire

A reward stays on the customer's card for 90 days after it's earned. Birthday treats last as long as you set in the birthday reward.

1. A reminder before it expires

   Seven days before a reward expires, the customer's wallet card shows a message with the date, such as "Your free drink expires on 12 Nov".

2. After it expires

   The reward is removed from the card. Stamps toward their next reward aren't affected.

3. Making it right

   If a customer missed a reward, you can add stamps by hand from their page under Customers. See Add or remove stamps by hand.
